Here the restraining influence of the week is stronger
(Beside the prince consider the influential minister).
Thus HOLDING FIRM has three aspects to ponder:

The context of time is also a major factor:
A time for healing, a time for prayer,
and a time to cross the great water. 

Heaven in Mountain implies Restraining Nurture.
Studying the ancient sayings strengthens character.
Learn from the past to best plan for the future.

Force of habit orders times of tranquillity
but in periods of great gestations of energy...
Everything depends on power of personality. 

One fixates on little details (high aspects forsaking)
where menial tasks necessitate home eating
when actually one must rise to a greater calling. 

Answering fate's call is better than cooking at home.
It is better to be aligned with Heaven's Kingdom
than to be held as a captive slave in one's kitchen. 

Try to transcend life's daily dull strife.
"Crossing the great water" means to fulfill one's life.
Do something great with the seed of your own life.

NINE AT THE BOTTOM MEANS:
One wishes to make a vigorous advance
but obstacles occur due to circumstance.
So forcing advance may lead to mischance.
Get it together and wait for your chance. 

NINE IN SECOND PLACE:
One is content with taking nothing on
preparing for vigorous advance later on. 

NINE IN THE THIRD PLACE MEANS:
Avoid distractions or be robbed of integrity.
Practice chariot driving and armed defense daily.
It is good to have objectives in one's activity.
Thus the way opens... Hindrance is cleared away.
One hooks up with a strong will going same way. 

6 IN 4TH PLACE: Cap the bull.
(They used to put a headboard on a young bull.
Today we cap the bulls' horn with a ball.)
This means... "Wild Force we must forestall". 

SIX IN FIFTH PLACE:
The tusk of the gelded boar
is not a threat any more. 

NINE AT THE TOP:
The chains that bind you...
The walls confining you...
The bars that hold you...
Are the ones inside you.
Let Heaven guide you.
