Shock
from repeated thunder invokes purifying fear
and
a reverence and awe of the Creator.
Raised
from the depths of the earth...
Shock,
manifest by God, gives fear birth.
The
Word comes... Joy! ...It shocks them all!
Yet
sacrifice, and cup, are not let fall.
Let
thunder roll and terror spread.
We
face any threat or danger undaunted.
When
we learn to use fear as motivation
we
can justify reason for joy and celebration.
A profound
countenance, from which fear is deflected,
is
the spirit that carries the anointed.
For
we remain composed, and reverent,
in
a spirit that is not hesitant.
