The heart leads the mind with various desires.
The ability to focus...          The heart enmires.

If the heart goes where it will...
It will exhaust itself and get ill.

Be still.                 Straighten your back
so that your body does not distract.

Allow the world to melt away
(yet balanced in refined clarity).

This deals with attaining serenity
(a state of inner polar stability).

Rest and movement are compliments
of each other... balancing existence.

One can detach from the struggle
of everyday existence and muddle.

One quiets the heart so that one
may come into in harmony with heaven.
QUIET THE HEART: THE LINES
SIX AT THE BOTTOM:
At the beginning of the situation
we can see things in relation.
Your interests and motivation
have not yet become self devotion.
Continuing this objective position
is necessary for ones promotion.

SIX IN SECOND PLACE:
Momentum may cause a fall injury
where the lower part trips suddenly
as one moves ones upper body.

As it is to one who serves a superiority:
You can't check a superior's tendency.
You're swept along with the wrong activity.

NINE IN THIRD PLACE:
A smothered fire changes
to smoke that suffocates.
One stills ones hips.
Danger.  The heart suffocates.
In meditation exercises
don't try to force results.
Develop a natural calmness
out of inner clearness.
SIX IN FOURTH PLACE:
In keeping trunk still... One finds the key
forgetting ones ego...             Almost free.
SIX IN FIFTH PLACE:
Unprepared, in dangerous situation
one inclines to "jaw" and joculation.
Mindless speech creates a situation
that gives more cause for misfortune.
NINE AT THE TOP:
Noble minded...                   Keeping still.
Good luck.                     This bodes well.
