         Ramapo College of New Jersey, Mahwah, NJ.  1996 to Present.
         Creatively integrating planning, design, maintenance,
         health, sanitation, safety, inventory, & emergency response 
         issues in campus environment using the latest technology.  
         Also taught web design part time in area schools.

         Consulted, designed, planned, installed & repaired interior
         exterior sites integrating pest and resource management 
         supervising up to 12 employees.

         and was active lobbying & teaching environmental health.
