7. CAMPAIGN
This represents a strong leader who enlists society
by demonstrating a tempered discipline, outwardly,
inspiring others to yield to this leader obediently.
Hence, the strength of the people is stored, militarily,
and their preparedness is managed resourcefully
under this leader that can lead with authority
in order that all may proceed perseveringly.
Here there's no shame but Victory & Opportunity.
Organization is needed to fight effectively
with strict discipline (but not done drastically).
Win people's hearts and they will follow eagerly
entrusting their leader with full responsibility.
War is bad bringing destruction and barbarity.
War is a last recourse and should not be done rashly.
War's justification must be spelled out clearly.
Without it people will not pledge collectively.
Unity and conviction ultimately leads to victory.
Campaign's passion and victory's frenzy
must be controlled promptly and effectively
so as not to be disapproved generally.
Justice must be the basis of such activity.
Increase the army by showing generosity.
Just as water is present in the earth, invisibly,
the potential of the people must exist militarily.
In danger they can muster and rally in solidarity
& when war is over they can return to their property.
Generosity wins the people's love and loyalty
for under a benevolent rule there is prosperity.
For a people to be important militarily
they must be kept strong economically.

7. CAMPAIGN:
THE LINES...

SIX AT BOTTOM:
The marching lines begin with their proper source
but if the bottom 3 lines turn into  (The Joyous)
we have a wrong attitude & must change our course
for this loss of order will lead to remorse.

9 IN 2ND PLACE:
...Peter, "Do you love me?"
"Yes my Lord."
...Peter, "Do you love me?"
"Yes my Lord."
...Peter, "Do you love me?"
"Yes my Lord."
"Then take care of my sheep."
-John 21:15-17

SIX IN THIRD PLACE:
Army wagons are carrying corpses.
Someone other than the leader interferes
as command is usurped by other forces.

6 IN 4TH PLACE:
One who withdraws and runs away
can come back to overcome another day.

6 IN 5TH PLACE:
In facing an invading enemy...
War's passion and victory's frenzy
must be controlled effectively
so as not to be disapproved generally.
Justice must be the basis of the activity.

SIX AT THE TOP:
The war is ended and is successful
and land is parceled out to the loyal.
However just pay off inferior people
as they should not have any part in rule.
